Tusker FC will hold its Awards Gala on Thursday, July 2, to celebrate and reward the outstanding performers from the recently concluded 2025/26 season.
While the club’s Premier League campaign fell short of expectation with a ninth-place finish, the Brewers ended the season on a triumphant note by lifting the FKF MozzartBet Cup after a thrilling 2-1 victory over Kenya Police FC in Kwale.
The triumph marked Tusker’s fourth domestic Cup title and their first in a decade, securing a return to continental football through qualification for next season’s TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup.
The gala night will recognize excellence across various categories, including Goalkeeper of the Season, Defender of the Season, and Midfielder of the Season.
Forward Eric Kapaito is already assured of the Golden Boot award after finishing as the club’s top scorer, contributing 10 goal involvements across all competitions with eight goals and two assists.
The ceremony will serve as a fitting celebration of the resilience and commitment shown throughout a demanding campaign, while also setting the tone for an ambitious new season.
With continental football on the horizon, Tusker will be preparing to compete on three fronts; the FKF Premier League, the defence of the FKF MozzartBet Cup, and a return to the continental stage in the CAF Confederation Cup.
